The manuscript should be submitted by the author in compliance with the NJRRS policy. The submitted articles are considered as being submitted to one journal at a time and has not been published/considered for publication elsewhere. The blind peer-review procedure is adopted by NJRRS which typically takes about six to eight weeks, giving two weeks for peer review by national and/or foreign reviewers. However, workload-related delays may cause it to take longer.

The assigned editor reviews each manuscript upon receipt; those that do not meet the NJRRS requirements or fall outside of the acceptable range are rejected right away.  Every manuscript submitted will be subjected to simultaneous national/international peer review, with two reviewers blinded to the process. The editorial board and chief editor/executive editor will make sure that the following peer review guidelines are followed:

1. Double-blind: Before being sent out for review, the manuscript will be blinded maintaining the anonymity of both the reviewers and the authors involved.
2. One-Stage or Two-Stage Review: NJRRS often employs the former method. The reviewer is solely involved in the first assessment of the manuscript; that is, they are not involved in assessing the author’s modifications in light of the reviewer’s feedback. Instead, after the first review, the Chief Editor continues working on the document. IJRRS may use the two-stage review process in exceptional and rare situations.
